This has got to be one of my favourite restaurants by far in Blue Mountain. Seriously, if you are there you need to try it out if you haven't already. The venue is fantastic and there are lots of windows so why it's sunny, the place is gorgeous - something out of a fairytale book, honestly. The Tremont Cafe has wonderful staff and it just feels great to go there because it has that townish feel to it. I have yet to leave that restaurant disappointed at all. It just amazes me how the chefs can create such unique, innovative, and elegant food. I mean honestly. Look at the photo with the bread slices, they placed a stack of sliced apples with pickles and pâté - what creativity!
